Health Dialog engages in conversations one member at a time
Our personalized consumer outreach reflects the neighborhoods and families in which our members live, their age, education, language, and ethnicity, as well as their specific health conditions.

We match each person with the right channel, depending on his or her risk level, severity of condition, and likely receptivity to coaching. Why do all this? People engage when they see themselves reflected – and respected – in communications.

In total, it’s the most effective use of your consumer outreach budget available – and it’s a key driver of superior results.

Outreach Materials and Channels
  • Outbound calls from specially trained coaches: registered nurses, dieticians, and respiratory therapists

  • Interactive voice (IVR) calls that outperform direct mail alone by 6x, as demonstrated in a randomized controlled trial

  • Direct mail tailored for each individual to maximize response rate

  • Emails that drive a three-fold increase in online engagement

  • SMS programs for engagement on the go

  • On-site coaching for wellness in the workplace
