Meet our leadership team

Web Golinkin, Chief Executive Officer

Web serves as the CEO of both Health Dialog and of RediClinic, which is also a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rite Aid. Over the past 25 years, Web has been a senior executive of five companies, including three in the healthcare field. In 1988, he co-founded and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of American Medical Communications, Inc., which became one of the nation’s largest producers and distributors of health-related television and video programming before it was acquired by Medsite. In 1993, he cofounded and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of America’s Health Network, Inc., which became the nation’s largest health-related cable television network, with one of the most popular health-related websites, before it was acquired by Fox Entertainment Group, a division of NEWS Corporation.

Web is a frequent speaker at healthcare industry conferences, has been published in The Wall Street Journal, and was featured in Forbes magazine. He earned a B.A. from Harvard University, is a member of World Presidents’ Organization, is president of the Convenient Care Association, and serves on multiple for-profit and not-for-profit boards.

Karen Staniforth, Chief Operating Officer

Karen is responsible for executing the strategic vision and managing day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to assuming operating responsibilities at Health Dialog, she served as Group Vice President, Pharmacy Initiatives and Clinical Services, at Health Dialog’s parent company, Rite Aid Corporation. Karen was responsible for the development, implementation, and management of Rite Aid’s new pharmacy initiatives and clinical programs including immunizations, medication therapy management, and medication adherence.  Karen started her career in 1982 as a pharmacist in Johannesburg, South Africa. In 1991, she joined Sandoz (now Novartis Pharmaceuticals), overseeing retail sales operations for the company in Cape Town, South Africa. Joining Rite Aid in 1998 as a graduate pharmacy intern, she continued to take on roles of increasing leadership, becoming a pharmacy manager in 1999. In 2001, she was promoted to Pharmacy District Manager and served in the position until being named Regional Pharmacy Vice President in 2006; VP of Pharmacy Operations in 2009; and Divisional Pharmacy VP, Mid-Atlantic Division in 2011.

Peter Goldbach, MD, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Goldbach brings more than 30 years of medical experience to Health Dialog’s management team, including 15 years in medical administration and 17 years maintaining a primary care and pulmonary disease practice. Prior to joining Health Dialog, Dr. Goldbach served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Med-Vantage Inc., a healthcare informatics and engagement company. Earlier in his career, he served as Medical Director for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where he provided medical direction for the company's "Pay for Performance" and eHealth programs, and held CEO, trustee, and medical staff president positions with two Boston-area community hospitals. Dr. Goldbach received undergraduate and master's degrees from UCLA before earning his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine internship and residency at George Washington University Hospital, and his Pulmonary Disease fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center / UCLA School of Medicine.

Gregg Spiro, Chief Financial Officer

Gregg brings 20 years of experience in finance and business to Health Dialog, where he previously served as Vice President of Operational Finance. In addition to holding finance and management positions in a variety of industries, including business services, education, and distribution, Gregg spent seven years in the private equity industry where he worked on both corporate finance and restructuring activities. Prior to joining Health Dialog, Gregg was Managing Director at Aequitas Capital Management and Causeway Partners and an associate at Triumph Capital. Gregg received a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Vermont, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

David Barlow, Senior Vice President, Operations

David joined Health Dialog in September 2008 after 30 years of international executive experience in customer service, account management, and operations. As Senior Vice President of Account Services for Iron Mountain, he created and implemented a culture-changing service delivery model focused entirely on client delight. At Eastman Kodak, David was responsible for worldwide service systems, field service teams, and high-volume contact centers. His background also encompasses information technologies, including three years as CIO of Concentrix in Rochester, New York.  David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from Clarion University in Pennsylvania.
