Mark Hampton joined Health Dialog in July 2008 as Chief Financial Officer following the acquisition of the company by Bupa, a global health and care company, in December 2007. Prior to this, Mark was Bupa Group Treasurer for three years. Based in London, he was responsible for the group's financial risk management, investment, and funding.
Mark has over 20 years of senior finance experience gained in a variety of companies and sectors, including insurance, manufacturing, and property. This covered all aspects of finance with direct responsibility for accounting, tax, treasury, and corporate finance. In addition to this, Mark spent time with KPMG Consulting assisting a variety of clients in structuring and managing their finance functions.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Birmingham and an MBA from the University of Durham, both in the UK, Mark's native country.
