Take a right onto Brown Avenue and continue to lights at the underpass. Directly after underpass, take LEFT to get to 293 North. Continue on 293 North to Exit 6 (Amoskeag Bridge exit.) Take Route 33 toward Exeter/Stratham. Take Route 101 West/Manchester exit. Follow 101 West. 101 will merge with 93 South for a short time. Continue (get in right lane) and from 101/93 take 293 North. Continue on 293 North until Exit 6 (Amoskeag Bridge exit). Take Exit 6 and bear LEFT at split on bridge (bearing right will take you to Canal Street.) Turn LEFT at lights onto Elm Street (you will see #1750 on your left - the New Hampshire Tower). Enter the circular driveway in front of 1750 Elm Street and park in a Health Dialog parking space. Health Dialog is on the first floor, on the right.

Take Interstate 95 South to Route 101. Take 101 Exit 2 toward Exeter/Hampton Beach. Keep RIGHT at fork in the ramp. Merge onto 101West. Follow 101 West toward Manchester. 101 will merge with 93 South for a short time. Continue (get in right lane) and from 101/93 take 293 North.
