From Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport:
Take the ramp toward Airport Exit/Terminals 2 3. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto Terminal 3. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto East Sky Harbor Boulevard. Go 3.8 miles. Take LEFT RAMP onto AZ-202-Loop East toward Tempe and go 4.2 miles. Take Exit 9 onto AZ-101-Loop North and continue driving for 13.8 miles. Take Exit 38/Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and continue on access road. The office building will be on the RIGHT after WestWorld and is marked by several Quicken Loan signs. Turn RIGHT into parking lot. Health Dialog is on the 3rd floor.
