David Costello, PhD
Senior Vice President, Consumer Segmentation & Engagement Strategies


David Costello leads Health Dialog’s marketing outreach efforts. His responsibility is to ensure that all marketing communication vehicles work in harmony to support client goals and objectives. Costello has 20 years of experience in developing innovative, data-driven marketing communication programs. Prior to Health Dialog, Costello worked for Hill, Holliday, a nationally known marketing and advertising company where he led their CRM Services practice. There he worked on known brands including: Verizon Wireless, Dell Business Solutions, CVS, and Dunkin’ Donuts. Prior to Hill, Holliday, Costello worked for Epsilon, a database marketing company, where he managed the analytic and marketing needs for a variety of healthcare and business-to-business clients. Costello received his PhD in sociology from the University of Delaware.
