So we use a Quarterly Planning process to review program performance and refine goals and activities for the coming months. As part of this process, we identify opportunities for improvement, and often develop pilots for program enhancements. For example, if your goals are directed toward a particular disease population, we can segment and stratify your population data to conduct disease-specific outreach campaigns that maximize the program’s impact. We also analyze call center performance metrics to ensure that resources are utilized appropriately. Because these reports provide frequent updates, they’re excellent indicators of how well your program is working – and what adjustments you can make to enhance its success.
